We understand that shipping rates can get complicated which is why we use a flat rate method (rates below) to ship products to your customer.

If your customer selects standard or ground shipping on your site, we will use this method to ship your PersonalizationPop order. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx or various regional shippers.
If your customer selects 3-Day, 2-Day or Next shipping on your site, we will use this method to ship your PersonalizationPop order. Orders may ship via USPS Priority/Express, UPS, FedEx or various regional shippers.
If your customer selects to ship their order to a Canadian postal code, we will use this method to ship your PersonalizationPop order. Orders may ship via USPS International, UPS or FedEx. Please note, we cannot be responsible for duty charges.

US Standard (contiguous US): $9 flat rate per order
processing time + 4-7 business days
US Expedited (contiguous US): $20 flat rate per order
processing time + 1-3 business days
Rate will be based on actual shipping rate and will be communicated to you via email. Confirmation is required before the order is processed. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Canada Standard: $25 flat rate per order
processing time + 5-10 business days
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by Canadian Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by Canadian Customs. Any order refused by customers attempting to avoid duties and charges be cannot returned for a refund. Non-personalized orders can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a re-stocking fee.
Delivery time frame.
All in stock items are processed (including personalization) in accordance with the processing time frame listed on the product detail page and then are shipped via the method desired. Due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand for a product, some items may take longer to process. If a situation like this arises we will notify you via email (order related email) promptly.
Insufficient address or package refusal.
If your customer makes a mistake when entering their address during checkout or provides insufficient delivery information we will have to charge your store an additional delivery fee or correction fee of $15 for US orders and $25 for Canadian orders, which will be charged to your credit card on file. Furthermore, if your customer refuses a package at the time of delivery and wants that package re-shipped, we will charge your store the US Standard, US Expedited or Canada Standard rate based on the original order total to re-ship the package. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. In both situations, you should also charge your customer for these errors.
